- Wash and soak cauliflower in turmeric water for 10 minutes. Wash and grate it.

- Now add kasoori methi, turmeric and chilli powder and saute. Add garam masala and mix well.
- Add cauliflower and boiled peas.Cook on low flame. Now add fresh coriander.
