- Firstly,heat a pan on flame in it add oil when oil get heated add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Till then wash rice flakes in water not completely we just want rice flakes to be little wet.
- When mustard seeds start cracking add green chilli and onion saute for a minute or till it turns pink.
- Now add tomatoes in pan and cook them properly.
- After that add potato, turmeric powder, salt and poha mix them properly and cook for two minutes.
- Lastly add lemon juice, sugar, peanuts, Pomegranate arils and chopped coriander leaves mix all things properly and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now take out yummy poha in plate topped it with bikaji namkeen.
