- Then take a wok heat a oil add asafoetida, cumin seeds cardamom,and let splutter it.
- Add Makahne puree and onion puree cook for 5 mins.
- Add tomato puree and all spices cook 5 mine and add cream cook 2 mins.
- Add water and salt mix well add potatoes and cook for 7 mins on low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
