  14. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  15. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  16. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  17. 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  18. 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
  19. 4-5 Pav
  20. As required Oil to fry
  21. For Chutney
  22. 1/4 Cup Coconut flakes
  23. 1/4 cup Peanuts
  24. 3-4 Red Dry Chilies
  25. 1/2 tsp Salt
  26. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

Instructions to make to make VadaPav

  1. Chutney - Dry roast everything, here I took slightly roasted peanut powder instead raw peanuts.
  2. Blend it. This chutney improves the taste of vada
  3. Now in pan take 1 tsp oil on medium flame, add seeds and curry leaves
  4. Now cook Onion and ginger garlic paste till translucent
  5. Add the chilli and then remaining stuffing ingredients along with smashed potatoes and cook 1 min
  6. In another bowl mix the batter ingredients with half cup of water
  7. Make ball of stuffing, press it on palm, deep in the batter and fry it, fry some chilies as well.
  8. Cut the pav in the middle, sprinkle chutney then keep vada and serve with chillies.
