  2. Turn off the flame and let the potato mixture become cool.. Now add the potato mixture with the flour and make a soft dough... Now take tawa,heat it in low flame and brush oil into it.. Now from the the dough make paratha in round shape by pressing it by hand palms in a flat surface and fry it on tawa.. When paratha changes colour to golden brown (don't over cook) in both sides..serve it hot...
