  15. 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves (Finely Chopped)
  16. 2-3 Fresh green chillies(Finely Chopped)
  17. as needed Cooking oil (For paratha)
  18. Spices for stuffing
  19. 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  20. 2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods
  21. 2 Cloves(Laung)
  22. 3 Whole Black Peppercorns
  23. 4-5 Dry red chilles
  24. 1 Tsp Carom seeds(Ajwain)
  25. 1 Cinnamon stick

  1. For the dough: mix all the ingredients mentioned under dough section and add water to make a soft and smooth dough.
  2. Keep it aside by greasing oil & covering using a cloth.

  5. Roll the dough, fill the stuffing in centre. Carefully fold the sides to give it square shape.
  6. Shallow fry in oil or butter from both sides till golden brown.
  7. Serve with homemade tomato-onion chutney & coriander-mint chutney.
